Where are the Young Avengers in the MCU? I'll be looking at some of the Young Avengers characters who've been introduced in a few recent, and upcoming, Marvel films and how this could lead to a Young Avengers project in the MCU. So far, none of these characters have reached their ages as seen in the comics, or formed their team that could eventually make up the plot of a movie or TV show. So far six have appeared, with set up for a few more. 1: Stature (Cassandra Lang) This member is the daughter of Scott Lang/Ant Man, and has the same powers to shrink and grow. She appeared in the first two 'Ant Man' films and 'Endgame', and will be appearing again in 'Ant Man and the Wasp: Quantumania' played by an older actor Kathryn Newton. It's yet to be seen how the character will be aged-up, from being played by other younger actors in previous films. One likely explanation is the use of the Quantum Realm and time travel. Let’s talk Shang-Chi marketing and release date

Let’s talk Shang-Chi marketing and release date With the release of ‘Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings’ slated for July 9th in the US, it’s unusual that we haven’t seen promotional materials yet. No official trailer, teaser or promo images have been released, despite the planned release being four months away.  This is highly unusual for the trend so far with the marketing campaigns of the MCU. An example is the ‘Loki’ TV show, which has revived a trailer for it’s June release, most recently at the Superbowl show. I’ll be exploring what we know from the current information, and if this release date for Shang-Chi will change or remain.  Firstly the LEGO set box that was revealed gives us some interesting info on the character, an action scene and costumes. This appears to be an action scene fighting a dragon, thought by some to be Fin Fang Foom, but not confirmed. He doesn't have the green color or distinct design, so i lean to this being a normal dragon. It and the other su

Henry Cavill wants $10 million to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but what’s his secret role? With the 4 hour ‘Snyder Cut’ of Justice League releasing soon, there has been some buzz about what Henry Cavill’s next superhero role will be. With his time playing Superman seemingly coming to an end, he’s reportedly been in talks to play a character in the MCU. I’ll be looking at a number of possibilities, and how these roles would fit into the shared universe as it moves into phase 4 and beyond.  1: Captain Britain  This character acts as the guardian of Britain, sporting the colors of the national flag, the UK’s own Captain America. His powers include flight and super strength, given to him by the magic of the wizard Merlyn. Henry would fit this role in appearances, and his matching accent. This is one character that Marvel is rumored to be considering for Cavill already.  The introduction of Captain Britain could bring in the magical setting of Otherworld, a medieval kingdom based of
